Eurol EGR Cleaner has been developed for removing excessive carbon deposits on the inside of the EGR valves. EGR valves are installed in vehicles to reduce NOx emissions. Opening and closing the EGR valve, either electronically or mechanically, allows the flow of gas to be regulated depending on the EGR valve position and engine temperature. If the EGR valve is left open, a vacuum will be created in the intake, causing the engine to stall and have a hard time idling. If the EGR valve cannot be opened, the NOx emissions will increase enormously. Many vehicles will automatically lose power if the electronically controlled EGR valve is not working or responding.

Eurol EGR Cleaner can be used to clean the EGR valve of your vehicle to make a stiff idling or stiffly accelerating engine run smoothly again and to prevent knocking. Your vehicle will drive better after using Eurol EGR Cleaner. Eurol EGR Cleaner is also recommended if your vehicle is vomiting black soot clouds. Eurol EGR Cleaner can be used without dismantling or supervision from a garage.

Instructions:

• Recommended to use at every service interval.
• EGR Cleaner will not cause damage with a slight overdose.
• Store EGR Cleaner in a cool and dry place.
• Use EGR Cleaner at your own risk.
• Start the engine and let it warm up
• Disconnect the flexible hose from the air inlet
• Keep the engine stable at about 2,000RPM
• Use the spray in short intervals (max 10s) in the flexible hose
• Wait ±30s after each application for the motor to stabilize.
• If the engine revs during application, let the engine idle instead of 2,000 RPM to avoid diesel knocking.
• Repeat steps 4 and 5 until the aerosol is empty.
• Drive about 5 to 10 km to remove the dissolved contaminants.
• Let the engine idle for at least 1 minute before turning off the engine.
