Marten repellent M208 TEG
The marten is a protected species and will therefore have to be chased away in an animal-friendly way. This marten repellent, in striking yellow color, produces a sound at a special frequency that makes the marten avoid the car. With this mat repellent module from TEG you protect your car against damage caused by martens. Martens cause nuisance by gnawing on the cables and other material in the car. This repeller emits ultrasonic sounds that cannot be heard by humans, but which the marten will experience as very annoying and will therefore avoid the car. The repellent can also be used in other places such as at home and on roofs.

Instructions:
- You place the module in the engine compartment of the car where the marten can cause the most damage.
- When doing so, give the loudspeaker as much free space as possible, as ultrasonic sounds do not pass through solid objects.
- After connecting the module, the LED light will flash slowly to indicate that the repellent is on.
- It is recommended that you wash the engine of your car and the area under the car if the marten has already been in the car once to remove its scent mark. Due to the absence of an IP65 rating, it is not recommended to hang the M208 low because of splashing water.

Functions perfectly! Very convenient to install yourself. Find a place close to the battery under your hood, connect the wires to the + and - (fasten the clamp under the screw, also put a 'clamp' on the red wire like the black one, it stayed better then). Then you hear (if you still hear that frequency) the beep every time the red light pulses. Very satisfied!

Robust device. Easy connection directly to the battery and fused with the included fuse holder ensures minimal power consumption and prevents canbus malfunctions. The red indicator light on the device shows you that it is switched on. A few larger cable lugs with an eye in the package would have been welcome. If you still want to connect switched (device on with ignition off), then you have to look for pole 15 in the fuse box. Tip; save your effort, connecting directly works fine.
