Specifications
Brake fluid for hydraulic drum and disc brake systems
Eurol® Brake Fluid is a high-quality medium that has been specially developed for hydraulic braking systems of cars, trucks, mopeds, scooters, forklifts, motorcycles, etc. in both drum and disc brakes (with and without ABS/ASR).
Eurol® Brake Fluid offers maximum protection against rust and optimal acceptance and transfer of heat. It does not affect seals, metals or alloys. Due to the lubricating power of these brake fluids, wear is kept to a minimum.
Eurol® Brake fluid is stable and does not cause deposits. Due to the low viscosity at low temperatures, it still performs excellently in winter conditions. Eurol® Brake fluid has a high 'wet boiling point', which prevents vapor formation during intensive braking. This significantly increases the safety and operational reliability of the braking system. However, it is of the utmost importance to change or check the brake fluid in time; any brake fluid absorbs water, which leads to a loss of quality over time.
Eurol® Brake Fluid must absolutely not be used on brake systems with mineral-based fluids (LHM, usually green colored) or silicone brake fluid (purple colored, usually indicated with DOT 5).

Manufacturer
The name of Eurol, conceived in 1977, is a merger of Europe and Oil. This emphasized the international ambition of starter Johan Pfeiffer right after the company started. The fact that these ambitions have been achieved can be seen by the number of countries in which Eurol lubricants are delivered. Eurol lubricants are available in 75 countries, and Eurol has the approval to produce lubricants for leading automotive manufacturers.
Since the nineties, the production of oil, the blend of Eurol's own management, can deliver even higher quality than in the past. At that time, Eurol is still the only Dutch oil producer on the market. Eurol is developing ever-increasing brand awareness, partly through close collaboration with teams from the Dakar. This heaviest rally in the world shows that Eurol lubricants perform well in the worst conditions and therefore it is a commonplace for Eurol to further test and develop the products.
Eurol oil & lubricants distinguish themselves in the following areas:
- Oil for almost all OEM specifications
- A brand quality lubricants and engine oil
- Produced in the Netherlands, therefore good value for money
