5in1 EGR & Turbo intake cleaner 400ml
5in1 EGR + Turbo and Intake Cleaner (ETI) is a unique and highly effective high performance product for cleaning typical contamination and deposits found in the air intake, EGR system and turbo. Oil, resins, varnishes and carbon deposits are easily dissolved in a fast manner with a minimum of tinkering.

Instructions for use
Sticky EGR valve, intake/throttle valve deposits and combustion chamber cleaning: Dismantle the air intake hose. Remove accessible contamination as much as possible with hand/cloth. Start the engine, make sure it has reached normal temperature and switch off the engine. Shake the can well before use. Use the long spray nozzle to enter the intake/manifold (if necessary enter with open throttle), slowly retract the nozzle during injection with a 1 movement for a maximum of 5 seconds, make sure the entire intake is treated. Let the product soak in for 5 minutes. Partially close (approximately 75%) of the air intake entrance, to accelerate the air flow and create a better mixing of the product in the air flow. Start the engine and let it run at around 2,000 rpm. Then spray the product into the air intake with short bursts (approximately 2 seconds). Make sure the RPM is back to 2,000 (RPM) before injecting the next 2 second dose.
Use the entire contents of the can and let the engine idle for at least 3 minutes after the last treatment before switching off the engine. IMPORTANT: When cleaning through the air intake, make sure you have a solid object at hand to block the intake in case heavy engine knocking occurs. In the event that the RPM drops, accelerate to prevent stalling. In the event that the engine stalls or the engine knocks heavily, stop spraying immediately. Make sure that the catalytic converter and diesel particulate filter do not overheat.
Poorly functioning EGR or turbo with heavy carbon deposits. Shake well before use. Disassemble the
parts (Turbo & EGR housing). Spray the product on the deposits in the EGR housing and Turbo. Let the product work for a few minutes and repeat if necessary. If necessary, use a brush or cloth to remove loose deposits. Make sure parts are dry before fitting.
Use the required product to clean, and use the remaining content to clean via the air intake as described under procedure A in order to prevent rapid repetitive build-up and deposits in the EGR system. Dosage The content of 1 aerosol is sufficient to clean the EGR + Turbo, Inlet and the combustion chamber. To be used when necessary. ETI must be used regularly on engines that are sensitive to intake contamination and DPF contamination. To prevent carbon deposits, regular use of 5in1 fuel treatments is strongly recommended.
