Legal warranty
Purchases are subject to Dutch law. This means that when you purchase a product from us, you are entitled at all times, provided that the product was subject to normal use, to a good product. If a product does not meet your expectations, we will fully comply to warranty provisions stated in the Dutch Civil Code (Civil Code of the Netherlands).
In that case you must inform us within a reasonable period of time. Informing us within two months of discovery of a defect is considered reasonable.
After notifying us, we will investigate whether we can easily repair or replace the product and/or the defect parts. If this is not possible in its entirety or in the short term, we offer you the possibility to dissolve the agreement. We will then refund (a part of) the order amount.
Additional manufacturer's warranty
The manufacturer gives an additional warranty on some of our products. Would you like to learn more about the manufacturer's warranty and what it means for you? Send us an email and we will let you know immediately which additional warranties apply to the manufacturer concerned. This warranty applies of course without prejudice to the legal warranty conditions that we have to obey to you, as described above. We advise you at all times, therefore, to contact us in the event of a defect.

Please note that Dutch law is applicable. Dutch law might be slightly different to the law enforced in the United Kingdom and thus what you are accustomed to.
