How to return your order?
Returning and exchanging products is easy at Winparts. To help you the best we can, please submit a return request via your my Winparts account. Return requests enable our customer services department to act accordingly and make it way more efficient. After receiving your order, you have 14 days to change your mind and to submit a return request. Submitting your request within these 14 days gives you again a time window of 14 days to return your products.

- Once you're signed in, you'll see an overview of your most recent orders
- Click on 'return' next to the order it concerns
- Next select 'return products of this order'
- Select the items you wish to return
- Please tell us briefly why you want to return your items and the desired follow up
- Please accept the return conditions
- Confirm the return
After confirming the return, you'll receive a confirmation email. In this email, we provide more information regarding your request. Once your request has been approved, you'll receive an RMN-number. The items you wish to return can be processed as efficiently as possible if you package them correctly and neatly. Please label the box with our return address and RMN number. Enclose the return confirmation to the parcel. Return your products within 14 days after receiving your order, or return your products within 14 days after you've informed us you wish to return your products.

Status of your return

My Winparts you can check the status of your return. It's also here that you can submit questions regarding your return. As soon as we received and processed your return, you'll receive a notification from us. After successfully processing and confirming your return, you will receive a credit note and the paid amount will be refunded.
Please take the following into consideration:
- Please do not use brown or grey tape or write anything on the original packaging of your item. Go nuts on the shipping box received from Winparts, no worries.
- If possible, return the items in the original packaging. If necessary, use additional packaging for protection.
- Handle with care - as it still was your own
- Enclose to your parcel the return form filled in by Winparts
- Winparts is not responsible for damage during transport. Keep the dispatch note, we might ask for it.
Did you complete all the steps successfully? Drop off your parcel at your local post office and ship it to the return address.
Please note, if you do not inform us within 14 days after receiving your order and you don't ship / return it within this time window, it's no longer possible to return your items.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, has physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all the payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
