Most parking sensor kit consist of 4 sensors. These sensors are essential to get a full picture of the surroundings behind the car. For the best results you need to place the sensors on the bumper 30 to 40 centimetres apart. You will receive a drill with most parking aid kits. This drill is precisely tailored for the sensors, so you can be sure that the sensors perfectly fit the bumper. Make sure that the reverse sensors are placed at the same level. If the sensors are skewed, the image will be distorted and they will not work optimally.

Parking sensors come with a long cable, so that you have enough room to properly install the sensors. The cables from the sensors must be connected to the main unit. This is often a black box where all connections come together. You can connect the sensors here in the correct order (A, B, C, D). You can then place the display (if applicable) on the dashboard of your car and connect it. After that you have assembled everything, you'll need to connect the reverse sensors to the power unit. With the products you will receive a power cable, which you will need to connect. The reverse sensors are now assembled. Always check whether it works accordingly before you start using it.
