    This wireless WIFI OBD II code reader provides diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) readings directly to your phone to determine why your car's engine trouble light is on. Compatible with iOS & Android phones/tablets, Windows PC & Macs. This device connects to WIFI via one of the many OBD II reader apps that you can download and install.

    To operate this device, download an OBD-II reader app and install it on your phone/tablet. You then connect the wireless scanner to the app via a WIFI connection. There are many free and paid apps to choose from. Take the time to research these apps and choose the app that meets your needs. Then download the app and follow the instructions as shown.

    Please note, to be OBD II compliant your vehicle must have a 16-pin DLC (Data Link Connector) and the Vehicle Emission Control Information Label must state that the vehicle is OBD II compliant. Please check this before purchasing the product.

    Note: The reader cannot read codes for airbags and braking systems. OBD II readers only read codes for emissions and engine management systems in 99.9% of OBD II compliant vehicles.
